Refund/Exchange Policy

At  New Leaf Vapor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide top-quality products and services and are committed to being there for you every step of the way on your journey to a smoke-free lifestyle. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We offer an extensive warranty and after-purchase support to ensure your happiness. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know by sending an email to Support@newleafvapor.com.

If you need to exchange a product in-store that you purchased online, please contact our online support team in advance of visiting the store, so we can inform the store staff ahead of time to ensure they know how best to help you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet our return/exchange criteria:

Juice/E-liquids:

If you are not satisfied with your e-liquid purchase from New Leaf Vapor, you have the option to request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. To do so, you can either visit one of our retail locations or send an email to support@newleafvapor.com. Approval for exchanges is at the discretion of New Leaf Vapor. We strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Battery Powered Mods:

At New Leaf Vapor, we offer a 90 day warranty on most of our battery powered mods from the date of purchase (with some exceptions, if specified by the manufacturer) to cover manufacturing defects. Please note that any signs of physical abuse to the products will void any existing warranties and are not covered under the warranty. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and are committed to providing quality products and service.

High End Battery Powered Mods and Vaporizers:

Due to the nature of these specialized items, we are unable to offer returns on these products. If you are not satisfied with your high-end battery-powered mod or vaporizer, we recommend that you work directly with the manufacturer to resolve any issues you may be experiencing. Many manufacturers offer warranties or other forms of support for their products, and we encourage you to take advantage of these resources.


Coils/Pods:

Coils are a consumable product that typically last for about 3-7 days. Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of these components and the potential impact of external factors and user error, we are unable to offer a warranty exchange on coils. However, if you're experiencing difficulties with your coils, we want to help. Before giving up, please reach out to us for assistance. We understand that using coils can be challenging at times, and we are here to support you in finding a solution.

Disposable Vape Devices and Cartridges:


Disposable vapor devices and cartridges are considered a consumable product with a finite lifespan. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have left our store. To ensure that your device is functioning properly, we recommend testing it at the point of purchase before you leave the store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Clearance Items:

Due to the discounted nature of clearance items, we are unable to offer returns on these products.

All sales of clearance items are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product description and consider their purchase before completing their order.

CBD and THC Products:


At New Leaf, we are dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality CBD and hemp-derived products. In order to maintain the integrity of our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return and exchange policy for CBD and hemp-derived products:

  1. Once CBD or hemp-derived products leave the store, refunds and returns will not be accepted.

  2. We understand that selecting the right CBD or hemp-derived product is a personal and individualized process. Therefore, we encourage customers to ask questions and seek guidance from our knowledgeable staff before making a purchase.

  3. To assist customers in making informed decisions, we provide detailed product information and guidance on product selection in-store and on our website.

  4. If you have any concerns or questions about a CBD or hemp-derived product, please contact us before completing your purchase. Our team is here to provide the information and support you need to make the right choice.

  5. This policy applies to all CBD and hemp-derived products, and no exceptions will be made once the products have left our premises.
